Personalised Paper Coasters make a highly visible statement and are an extremely cost-effective way of advertising brands for the drinks industry. Disposable paper coasters are made in the UK, at our Burton-on-Trent factory.
Ink Printed Paper Coasters
Minimum order: 10,000 pieces. Leadtime: 8 weeks from artwork approval.
Our personalised drinks coasters are primarily manufactured from multi-ply white tissue, with an option of an additional 1-ply wax waterproof barrier on the back.
Tissue coasters can be custom printed with a 1-4 spot colour ink logo to match any Pantone colour.
We also have a selection of coloured tissue available as well as various other materials suitable for coasters.
Hot Foil Printed Paper Coasters
Minimum order: 10,000 pieces. Leadtime: 8 weeks from artwork approval.
Our range of standard foil colours include metallic gold and silver plus various other opaque colours – please contact us for details about the colours available.
Blind Debossed Paper Coasters
Minimum order: 10,000 pieces. Leadtime: 8 weeks from artwork approval.
Blind debossed logos have become very popular on coasters, giving a subtle and sophistocated effect. The process involves the logo being embedded into the coaster by printing with clear ink. Blind debossing is available on Multiply tissue wax backed coasters and Multiply tissue deluxe coasters.
Hole & Slit Coasters
Minimum order: 10,000 pieces. Leadtime: 8 weeks from artwork approval.
Hole & Slit coasters fit around the base of stemware such as a wine glass or stemmed beer glass. The coasters absorb drips, spills and condensation from the glass. Tooling is available to produce 80mm or 90mm diameter hole & slit coasters. They can be customised with an ink print of up to 3 spot colours.
Deluxe Multiply Tissue Coasters
Minimum order: 10,000 pieces. Leadtime: 8 weeks from artwork approval.
Our deluxe coasters are made from multiply bonded tissue with a laminate backing. They are much thicker than regular coasters; 252gsm. Deluxe coasters can be printed in 1,2,3 or 4 spot colours. We also offer foil printing on this material.
